2. Business Description (use this in the Meta form)

            Qeloria Content Publisher is a content-management tool that helps individual educational content creators publish, edit, and manage short-form English-language learning videos, photos, and text posts on their own Facebook Pages, Instagram Business or Creator accounts, and TikTok account. The app uses each platform's official API (Meta Graph API and TikTok Content Posting API) to perform only the actions the creator initiates from inside the app.
        

Length: ~70 words — appropriate for Meta's "Business description" field (typically limited to ~100 words).

3. What the App Does (Authorized Functions)

The app performs only the following five categories of operation, all on the user's explicit instruction, on the user's own accounts:

Upload videos to the user's Facebook Pages, Instagram Business / Creator account, and TikTok account.
Publish posts — text posts, photo posts, and video posts (including Reels).
Edit videos — trim, crop, merge clips, add text overlay.
Edit video metadata — title, caption / description, hashtags, thumbnail / cover, privacy setting.
Reply to audience comments on the user's own published content.

4. What the App Does NOT Do (Prohibited Functions)

The app does not perform any of the following:

Reading friends lists, followers, contact lists, or private messages.
Performing mass automated actions (mass-following, mass-liking, mass-commenting).
Targeting users with advertising, retargeting, lookalike modelling, or attribution measurement.
Reselling, transferring, or sharing any platform data with third parties, data brokers, advertising networks, or AI training pipelines.
Performing surveillance, background checks, facial recognition, or any biometric processing.
Acting on accounts the connecting user does not own or have written authorization to manage.

These restrictions are enforced both technically (the app's backend only accepts requests matching the five authorized functions) and contractually (the Terms of Service §3 prohibits them).

9. Verification-Specific Notes

No registered company (CR) at this time. Qeloria is operated as an individual creator-developer activity. Meta accepts "sole proprietor / individual" business verification as long as the operator provides accurate identity and a verifiable website / Page / Instagram account.
Website verification is the recommended method: Meta will ask the operator to add a meta-tag or upload an HTML file to https://nasserxx.github.io/qeloria-legal-pages/ to confirm ownership.
Phone verification (backup) is also available via the operator's mobile number associated with their personal Facebook account.
Two-factor authentication is enabled on the operator's personal Facebook account and on the Meta Business Manager account.
